ProHome's Warranty has been designed to work in conjunction with other nationally accepted standards which are set forth in the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines manual.
Your builder's warranty is administrated by ProHome; and they offer a 30-day (up to 90 days) and 11-month term walkthrough. (A 23-month walkthrough is provided where a two-year warranty term is required.)
After the return of the "Warranty's Acknowledgment Page" to the builder a "New Home Orientation" Walk-Through of the home is conducted.
In the warranty manual provided to the homeowner it explains how to: "Register A Claim", "Make A Walk-Through Request ", including "Maintenance Tips" for the home, and "Tips for identifying household mold".
Along with this information a list of the "Most Requested Non-Warranty Items" is provided to ensure the understanding of items not covered under the warranty.
After closing on the home, it is the homeowner's responsibility to contact ProHome to request a "Warranty Term Walk-Through."
