ProHome's
Warranty has been designed to work in conjunction with the standards
set forth in the 10-Year Insured Warranty your builder is currently
using. ProHome's Warranty and Homeowner's Service Guide provide
for a 30-day and 11-month walkthrough. (A 23-month walkthrough
is provided where a two-year warranty term is required.) After the return
of the "Warranty's Acknowledgment Page" to the builder a "New
Home Orientation" Walk-Through of the home is conducted. The
homeowner will be provided with the "Homeowner's Service Guide"
which explains, how to "Register
A Claim", "Make A Walk-Through Request " and how
to "Identify
a Warranty/Non-Warraranty Claim", including "Maintenance Tips"
for the home. Along with this information a list of the "Most
Requested Non-Warranty Items" is provided to ensure the understanding
of items not covered under the warranty. After closing on the home the
homeowner will contact ProHome to request a "Warranty Term Walk-Through".
