  How To Register A Claim
 

 

Before making a Warranty Claim Request contact your local ProHome Office, you will be instructed to review The Builder's One-Year Limited Warranty to verify each Claim, then follow the simple Steps below.

  Step 1.

Verify the BUILDER'S Responsibility

   

Before contacting ProHome or writing your Service request on the ProHome WorkForm you must first verify that your BUILDER is responsible to perform your request. To verify BUILDER responsibility:
• Look in the Warranty's Table of Content and locate the area your claim falls under. Example: Drywall, Electric, Plumbing or Stucco.

 
Step 2. Determine BUILDER'S Responsibility
  • Read through the Warranty section concerning your
request and determine if your BUILDER is responsible.
Step 3. Obtain CLAIM IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
  • If your request is the BUILDER'S responsibility, it will
have the BUILDER'S symbol beside it. The symbol contains the identification number you must note on your WorkForm in order to have your request for Warranty service process.
